Why Come to an Engineer for a Bike Fit?

Ex-Professional Cyclist.  Bike Shop Worker.  Physiotherapist.  All traditional and logical back grounds for becoming a professional Bike Fitter.  But an Engineer?  Why is that relevant?

Engineers are professional problem solvers and if you are you considering a Bike Fit, it is because there is a problem in the relationship between you and your bike, such as:

  • You have an injury.

  • You are not feeling as comfortable, efficient or fast on your bike as you would like to.

  • You have read / heard / been told that you ‘need’ a Bike Fit.

It therefore makes perfect sense to seek out a professional problem-solver to solve your Bike Fit problem.

At Precision Cycle Fit our approach is to combine the best bits of good old-fashioned talking, subjective feel and relevant objective application of Bike Fit and Problem-Solving techniques following the DMAIR process.

We will make you more comfortable, efficient and faster, enabling you to get the most joy and best results out of your cycling experiences.

And, if you would also like a physio to be involved in your bike fit, we can cover that as well with our new Physio-Fit, see here for more details.
